How to get Product License?
If you are trying to reinstall the application on another machine, you may need a new license file. Fill the required information on the generate registration file screen by clicking the Get Registration File button. Send the registration file to erpsupport@gbrconsult.com with LICENSE as the subject. Mail should be send from the official email id registered with us.



How to delete previously audited data?
To delete the data which have been audited within a specific period of time select the following option Administrator Auditing Purge Audit Data. Enter the from and to date and click on the Remove button.



When does the Work Order status get changed?
Work order status in sales has to be changed manually by the user.



Can work order Amendment be deleted?
After creating a work order and amended, select the record in the amendment screen click on Revise button. The work order screen appears click on Delete to move to the previous amendment or original document.



When does the Purchase Order status get changed as Closed?
For Fixed purchase order the status gets updated as Closed automatically when Goods Receipt is done completely for the purchase order in the Stores module. For Open purchase orders, status need to be changed manually.



How do we activate Purchase Order Print Argument Screen for printing on Letter Heads?
To activate the print argument option, go to Application Setup General Settings Other Default Parameters. PO print argument option would be available enter the value as ‘Y’.



How to create a new format for Views and Reports?
Select a View and click on the print icon. In this screen select Mode Design Mode from the menu bar and do the formatting as needed by clicking on the data. Select Format Save Format from the menu bar and enter the format name to save the changes done. Any number of formats can be created.
When the saved format is required for future use click on Format Open Format select the format name and click on OK button. For Reports, formatting can be done directly by selecting the Mode.



Creating a Purchase Request from MR the request does not appear for the approval screen in Purchase module?
Since MR (Material Requisition) is already been verified and approved, so when creating a purchase request from MR it will directly get approved.
Only records created in Purchase Request Direct will appear in the approval screen.



For different item type or category can bill posting be done?
Yes, the user can create according to the requirements in the bill posting setup.

When performing this function enter the value of the stock with a minus symbol (Example: -3) and click on the Generate Stock Adj.Out button the selected item will get displayed.
